I am looking for a new tenant for my 1-room apartment in Kassel.

About me: I am Michelle, 24 years old and a student. I have been living in the apartment for about a year.

About the apartment:

The apartment has a bathroom (with toilet, sink, and shower), a kitchenette (with refrigerator, sink, two stove plates, and extractor hood), and a living/sleeping area (with a window front and a balcony). The apartment will be handed over unfurnished and freshly painted. In the basement, there is a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

Location
The apartment is about a 5-minute walk from the tram stop at Weserspitze (tram lines 3, 6, and 7). With tram 3/6, you can reach the city center (Königsplatz) within 10 minutes. The HopLa is reachable on foot within 15 minutes. Nearby, there are Edeka, Kaufland, and Lidl for shopping.
