Residents also benefit from a communal garden and a storage area in the attic. Pets are not allowed in this property.
The apartment is equipped with individual gas heaters.
Move-in is possible from October 1, 2026.
Cleaning duties (including outdoor areas) are carried out in rotation by the 3 tenants.
