Description
Since I am moving spontaneously, I am looking for a short-term tenant(s) for my apartment; a beautiful 2.5-room apartment (actually more like 3), conveniently located on the 1st floor with a balcony facing the courtyard.
The photos were unfortunately taken in the evening, otherwise the rooms are nice and bright and offer a solid basis for a cozy home. I will upload better pictures later.
There is a large room, a somewhat smaller living room with balcony (approx. 25 sqm), and a small room that can be used as an office, children's room, or bedroom. Additionally, there is a small niche in the entrance area (e.g., for a clothes rack) and a basement compartment.
The apartment is located in the southern part of Hamburg Hamm, between Eiffestraße and Kanal. Two of the rooms (the one with the balcony and the small one) face the courtyard, which is nicely greened. On foot, it takes a few minutes to reach the Rauhes Haus stop, which has excellent connections. Right next door, there is a Rewe supermarket and a fitness studio. I also always liked that from there you can quickly get to green areas; just around the corner is Billerhuder Insel, where you can enjoy nice walks.
