This 2-room apartment is located on the second floor of a well-maintained old building from 1920, which was renovated in 2000. It has a quiet layout with no wasted space: the living room and bedroom are almost the same size and both are individually accessible from the hallway. This allows for very flexible use of the apartment, whether as a living and bedroom, with one room as a study or guest room, or as a two-person shared flat with two equivalent rooms.
The kitchen is a separate room, large enough for a dining table, and leads directly onto the balcony. The balcony faces the green inner courtyard with old trees and not the street. This makes it quiet there even during the day. Feldstraße itself is a lightly trafficked one-way street.
