Unfortunately, we have to give up our beautiful two-room apartment in Niederschönhausen as of 01.11. The apartment has an open kitchen/dining/living area with floor-to-ceiling windows and a sliding door. The apartment was built in 2018 and meets the latest standards such as underfloor heating throughout the entire apartment. The kitchen is about 3 years old and must be taken over upon moving in: refrigerator from Samsung, dishwasher from Bosch, stove and oven from Siemens, freestanding extractor hood from Klarstein, and washing machine from Medion. The price is 2800€ negotiable. If desired, individual pieces of furniture in the bedroom, living room, and bathroom can also be taken over for an appropriate price. The additional costs for the apartment are about 125€, which includes electricity and internet (generously calculated). Additionally, there is a cellar compartment of about 10 m2.
Fritz-Reuter-Straße is located in the Berlin district of Niederschönhausen. The location is characterized by good connections to public transport with tram M1 and various S-Bahn lines from SU Pankow as well as bus lines 107 and 150.
