Keeping pets is generally possible after individual agreement.
Transfer of items and fixtures
On the balcony, there are precisely cut and laid wooden tiles that we specifically purchased for the balcony. These can be taken over for 100 €.
In the bathroom, we would also like to pass on various items, including the mirror and some fittings, to the new tenant for a small transfer fee.
Since the storage room belonging to the apartment has a narrow door, we have purchased a top-loading washing machine specifically for this apartment and the available space. Due to the special room and door situation, no conventional washing machine would fit through the door. The washing machine can also be taken over for 150 €.
Additionally, the basement shelves available in the cellar can be taken over. They originally cost about 250 € and are offered for 150 €.
Taking over the mentioned items is expressly desired, as we would like to leave them in the apartment when we move out and pass them on to the new tenant.
The property is located directly in the historic old town of Bremen. The district is characterized by good infrastructure with various bus lines as well as tram line 4. The surroundings offer a mix of residential buildings and historic ambiance, combining convenient transport connections with a central location.
