We are looking for a new tenant from 31.12.2026 for our beautiful and quiet 2-room apartment with approx. 66 m² in Echterdingen.
We will leave the apartment because we are moving abroad from 01.01.2027.

The apartment will basically be handed over as shown in the photos, except for the TV.
Included in the takeover are, among other things:

The apartment is available from 31.12.2026. Viewings are possible immediately by arrangement.
