Description
The offered rental apartment is a basement apartment, but due to the hillside location, the living area is more like a ground floor apartment. The rooms are spacious and bright.
The bathroom of the apartment is en suite, meaning it can be accessed directly from the bedroom or via the hallway. A bathtub and shower are available. A fitted kitchen is also included.
The ground floor and upper floor are occupied by us, the owners. The apartment in the basement is theoretically available immediately, but a tenant is sought who can move in by 01.11.2026 at the latest.
Since our 3 small children live in the house, tenants who are noise-resistant are preferred ;-) Sympathy and financial security are very important to us. The applicant should be able to finance their livelihood independently. Since we have two cats ourselves, applicants with dogs or cats are unfortunately not considered.
The garden, accessible directly from the kitchen, living room, and bedroom, can be used fully or partially by the tenant depending on agreement. The garden can also be designed and modified after consultation.
