My boyfriend and I are looking for a new tenant for our current apartment until 16.12.2026.
The apartment has a very nice, open and cozy layout.
Furniture and refrigerator as well as electrical appliances are not included and will be taken by us.
The fitted kitchen belongs to the apartment.
Viewing appointments are possible by arrangement.
The apartment is located in the Munich district of Lochhausen. Directly adjacent is the A99, as well as the Beerencafé 5 minutes on foot.
Furthermore, there is a gas station and shopping facilities such as Lidl, Kaufland, DM and much more 5 minutes further by car.
