we are moving out of our apartment, which will be available from 01.11.2026.
We would be happy to propose you as new tenants to our housing company. The condition for this is the takeover of the new kitchen, some pieces of furniture, and the current wall color. For this, we would charge a corresponding deduction (approx. 4,500€).
If you are interested, please write us a few lines about yourselves and confirm that you agree to the takeover, as well as that you can prove a monthly net household income of at least 3,500€.
