Two partly furnished rooms in an apartment near Anger (15 minutes walking distance) with everything furnished is available for rent.

Nearby Tram 10 minutes (Leipziger Platz)

Kitchen is fully furnished

Washing machine and all. (Downstairs)

(Equipment in the kitchen are not included in the furniture sale but you can use them - Microwave, Stove, Oven, Cabinets, Dustbins etc)

Vodafone super fast internet (49 Euro) - You can keep or change, changing might take 15 days from provider, a bit of hassle.

Electricity - We are paying 64 Euro per month, you can change that as well based on your consumption to 50 or something, but it is better to pay more as you will get the refund after the year is finished if you used less than you paid.

Overall, I loved this apartment, best for couples as one room can be used as bedroom and another dining or workstation.

Also, can be good for students having separate bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. (Single Room Big one - 450, Single Room Small One - 350)
