There is ample storage space: a basement compartment, an additional storage room directly on the floor in the stairwell corridor, and a bicycle cellar in the building.
The apartment has its own stairway to the attic. The attic space is not part of the rental object and not included in the rent, but its use is tolerated revocably - a storage advantage that comparable apartments do not offer. This regulation is part of the rental contract.
