The offered 2-room apartment is located in the attic of a multi-family house. The house, built in 1910 in Jugendstil style, has a total of five units: two office units and three apartments. You reach the well-maintained apartment via the bright and wide staircase. When I moved in in 2020, I newly wallpapered and painted the apartment white (except the bathroom). The living and bedroom as well as the hallway have light laminate flooring, the kitchen and bathroom have white tiles. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.
A private cellar room is also included as well as shared use of a communal laundry and drying room in the building's basement.
Although the apartment has no balcony, the bay window with its many windows gives a similar feeling.

Due to the high and straight walls, there is no feeling of an attic apartment. The northwest orientation keeps the apartment cool and pleasant in summer. In the evenings, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets in the bay window.
