2 Room Attic Apartment, Old Building in the Center of Durlach

Apartment
Beautiful, furnished attic apartment for about 2.5 months sublease

Since I will be away for work, I want to sublet my apartment for this period to a neat and considerate person. Ideally, you are employed and experienced in running a household.

The apartment is very bright through the skylights. There is also a small back room, which I usually use as an office and dressing room. During the sublease, I will use it as a storage room for my personal belongings.

The neighbors are families with dogs. Parties in the apartment are not allowed.

Internet, energy, and a furnishing surcharge due to the high-quality furniture are included in the additional costs.
