2-Room Old Building Apartment in Eimsbüttel for Sublease

I am renting out my 2-room apartment in Eimsbüttel for sublease because I will be traveling for work from mid-November/December. The sublease initially runs until the end of 2027. Depending on developments, there is a high probability that the contract can be extended beyond that; a complete takeover of the apartment is also conceivable in the long term. Currently, it is a sublease. We can discuss this together.

The apartment (approx. 47 m²) is a renovated old building with wooden floorboards and furnished, with a living room, bedroom, separate eat-in kitchen, and bathroom. I might take a few individual pieces of furniture with me, but the basic and most important furniture will remain in the apartment. We can also clarify this together.

I have put a lot of love into this apartment, and it is very important to me that someone moves in who treats it with the same care.

The nearest subway is a 7-minute walk away, the S-Bahn 12 minutes.
