The equipment includes a 140 × 200 cm bed with a new mattress, wardrobe, desk with chair, shelf, and mirror. Additionally, the room has its own balcony. The warm rent is 600 € per month. Kitchen and bathroom are shared.

Location
The apartment is located in Saarbrücken-Dudweiler, Am Gehlenberg. The Gehlenbergstraße bus stop is only about 1-2 minutes on foot. The university can be reached in about 6-8 minutes by bus, about 8 minutes by bike, or about 10-15 minutes on foot.

Doctors, pharmacy, gas station, ice cream parlor, as well as various restaurants and snack bars are also nearby and easily accessible on foot.

Shared Apartment Life
The shared apartment is newly established and is intended to be uncomplicated, respectful, and relaxed above all. The other rooms are already rented to female students.

Mutual consideration, cleanliness, and a pleasant coexistence are important. Cooking together, conversations in the kitchen, or sometimes doing something together is of course welcome but not mandatory. At the same time, everyone should have their own space and feel comfortable in the apartment.
