3-person shared flat in Hansaviertel

Rooms
In your 12 m2 large room there is currently only an IKEA PAX wardrobe from the previous tenant, which you would have to take over for about 400 €. Otherwise, the room is unfurnished, so you can furnish it exactly as you like :))

Location
The apartment is perfectly located: It is directly in a bar district and very close to the canal, where everyone goes swimming in the summer. We personally really appreciate that!

Shared flat life
We are two girls (Lori and Ella) from Hamburg, who both started studying business administration at the university of applied sciences in October.

We are very outgoing and love spending time together, as we already know each other well from Hamburg. At the same time, we both appreciate our quiet zones where we can just have some time for ourselves 😌

We would be very happy to find a third person who wants to do things with us, invite friends, and have a great time together 🤞

Other
We took over the washing machine, the fridge, and some pieces of furniture for a total of 300 €. We would like to share the costs by three, so you would have to take over 100 €.

We would be very happy if you contact us so that we can get to know each other soon and show you the apartment. We are very flexible with timing! 🫶
