Unfortunately, I have to give up my apartment on Oberbilker Allee for financial reasons.

Furniture takeover / inventory
Due to my significant downsizing, some furniture and furnishings must be taken over.
The items are almost entirely at most 1.5-2 years old and are mostly in very good to like-new condition. Except for a few exceptions, the original receipts or purchase documents are still available.
The total sum of the individual items amounts to 5,955 €. Due to the condition and comparatively low age, the individual prices are relatively close to the original new prices. Transport and assembly costs as well as smaller additional necessary parts and materials have already been taken into account.
I set a total purchase price of 5,000 € negotiable for the entire furniture and inventory takeover.
A detailed list of all items including the respective individual prices and further information is compiled in a PDF. I can gladly send this upon serious interest. On request, more precise details about individual items can of course be provided and existing receipts or proofs shown.
I am aware that this is a comparatively high amount. Therefore, I understand critical or more detailed questions.
I am looking for a new tenant on behalf of the landlord, so the apartment will only be rented to working professionals interested in a long-term rental agreement.
Preferably from 2 persons.
Oberbilker Allee is located in district 3 and benefits from excellent public transport connections. With various S-Bahn, U-Bahn, bus, and tram lines, the city center and Königsallee can be reached quickly and easily.
