3-Room Apartment in the Sunny Mid-Slope Location of Esslingen-Hegensberg!

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and features:

The apartment will be renovated before moving in.
The following work will be carried out:

- Renewal of electrical installations including switches and socket covers
- Wallpapering with woodchip wallpaper
- Painting ceilings and walls white
- Installation of new white doors and door frames
- Installation of new white radiators
- Painting the inside and frames of windows
- Renovation of the bathroom with new sanitary fittings (shower tub) including white wall tiles and dark anthracite floor tiles
- Tiling of kitchen floor and backsplash also in white / anthracite
- Laying of a design floor covering in oak wood look (DESIGNline Terra Wood) in all living rooms.

The building is located in a sunny mid-slope location of Esslingen-Hegensberg. Quiet yet central, shops for daily needs such as doctors, pharmacies, kindergartens, schools, as well as a bus stop, can be reached within a few minutes.

We are a cooperative. Membership is a prerequisite for renting an apartment. If you are not yet a member, you must acquire membership by joining at the latest before concluding a rental agreement and subscribe to further cooperative shares depending on the apartment size, which must be paid up by the time of moving in. Membership admission usually takes place in connection with the allocation of the apartment.

At the end of membership, the shares are paid out again according to our statutes. You can find our statutes on our homepage at www.bg-es.de.

We cooperate with the German Tenants' Association: Every new tenant receives a value voucher from the cooperative, which can be redeemed at the German Tenants' Association Esslingen-Göppingen e. V. With the voucher, the membership fee is halved in the first year, and the admission fee at the DMB of 15.00 EUR is waived.
