We are looking for new tenants for our shared flat in the popular Vorderer Westen!

The cold rent is 870€, currently we pay 260€ additional costs. So far, we have lived as a 3-person shared flat, but the layout is also suitable for a 2-person shared flat. Depending on the household size, the advance payment for additional costs can be adjusted to the rented consumption. The apartment offers enough space to create a cozy home and at the same time be quickly in the lively surroundings or the city centre. A main tenant is sought, subletting is allowed.

The apartment features:

- 3 rooms

- large kitchen with a view of Bebelplatz

- bathroom (partially renovated in 2024)

- balcony facing the backyard

- cellar compartment

- shared courtyard/lawn area

The kitchen can be taken over as well as some of the furniture, but we can clarify this in more detail during a viewing :)

Location
The apartment is located in Vorderer Westen, directly at Bebelplatz. Within a few minutes on foot you are at the tram and bus stop, at shopping facilities and a variety of cafés and restaurants.

Other
One more little special feature: Two of our flatmates will move out in January. The third member, Hannah, would like to stay in her room until about March. She is 27 years old, works as a recruiter at SMA and plans to move to Salzburg in spring.

If it would be conceivable for you that Hannah stays in the apartment for about 3-4 months and you share the flat life during that time, she would be very happy. But of course this is not a must! We look forward to your honest assessment whether this is an option for you. 😊
