- between 4,629 EUR, 5,917 EUR for 4 persons.
If the limits for the respective household are significantly under- or exceeded, renting the apartment is excluded! If you are just above the limits, it is still worth obtaining a Wohnberechtigungsschein or having the eligibility calculated.
Additions and deductions can still positively affect the income!

Further information or the Wohnberechtigungsschein can be obtained from your district administration, e.g. from the housing office of the city of Erlangen or in the ERH district, for example at the Erlangen-Höchstadt district office.

The Wohnberechtigungsschein level 3 must be available before signing the rental contract! The cost is a one-time fee of 15 EUR, through which you as a tenant receive a monthly subsidy, reducing the monthly rent by 3.60 EUR/m² (the rent shown here has already been reduced by the subsidy!).
