Description
I am looking for a new tenant for my beautiful 3-room kitchen bath apartment in an old building. The apartment features high ceilings, a balcony, and a communal garden.
Cold rent approx. 535.00€. Additional costs approx. 120.00€. Heating costs according to consumption. Electricity separate.
Requirements:
Exclusively employed self-payers
Submission of the last three pay slips
Credit report without negative entries
The apartment will be taken over as seen. Walls, floors, laminate, etc. must be accepted in the existing condition.
The existing kitchen remains in the apartment. It is already older and will not be sold. However, it should remain in the apartment; what happens to it afterwards does not concern me.
Additionally, sofa and wardrobe are sold together for 600 €.

A corresponding takeover agreement will be drawn up. The required documents will be forwarded to the landlord after the viewing and if everything is suitable for both parties. The final decision on the rental is made by the landlord.
