wir suchen einen Nachmieter für die zentral gelegene 3 Zimmerwohnung in Stuttgart Mitte ab Mitte September.
Die Wohnung ist im 1. Stockwerk an einem ruhigen Ort.
Die U-Bahn Haltestelle Dobelstraße ist nur 2 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Die U-Bahnlinien U5, U6, U7 und U12 halten an der Dobelstraße. Vom Hauptbahnhof Stuttgart sind es nur 4 Stationen mit der U-Bahn.
Außerdem sind Supermärkte wie Lidl und Edeka oder Afghanische Laden, mehrere Restaurants und eine Apotheke in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. In der gleichen Straße befinden sich außerdem Pizzarien und eine Bäckerei.
Die Aussichtsplattform in Weinsteige ist nur 2 Haltestellen mit der U-Bahn entfernt. In Weinsteige gibt es sehr schöne Wege/Orte um die Natur zu genießen und zu spazieren.
Zur Stadtmitte sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Außerdem ist auch ein sehr schönes Park in Bopser zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen geeignet und Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
