We are renting out our apartment by December 2026 at the latest.
The shower cabin was renewed nearly two years ago. The balcony was renovated and fitted with new tiles and a new balcony partition.

NATURE:
The apartment is close to the Bannwald forest; you can reach the forest on foot in 5 minutes and the Rhine area in 15 minutes.
There are gravel lakes reachable by bike in a short time, as well as an indoor swimming pool.
From Eggenstein to Karlsruhe, a path leads through the Bannwald to Karlsruhe Palace.
In the building, residents take turns cleaning the common areas (every 6 weeks common areas and putting out trash bins, every 2 weeks cleaning their own floor).
