A simple fitted kitchen is currently present but can be removed. There is also room for agreed personal contributions regarding the design of floors, doors, and walls.

Location
Wilhelmsstr. is located in the pedestrian zone between the town hall and Ständeplatz.

All trams are reachable within 2-4 minutes.

The main train station is reachable in about 8 minutes, and Bhf.-Wilhelmsshöhe by train in about 15 minutes.

Shopping, doctors, pubs, university, etc. are quickly accessible without a car.

You cannot live more centrally. I found it very good back then.

Couples and families already live in the building, so it also has to suit me a bit.

The apartment is now empty; the photos still show furniture from the previous tenant. A basement room belongs to the apartment.
