Hello, we are renting out a wonderful 4-room apartment in the attic of a lovingly maintained historic old building in central Mitte.
This bright apartment impresses with its pleasant layout and bright rooms, you immediately feel comfortable and at home.

When you enter the apartment, opposite the entrance area is the bright and spacious living room.

On the left side of the hallway is the kitchen.
There is enough space here for cooking and enjoying. There is also room for a dining table. It would be a shame if meetings with friends and family did not always end here ;).

From the kitchen, you enter another room.
It can be used as a bedroom, office, or children's room.

To the left of the kitchen is the Mediterranean-inspired, daylight bathroom with a bathtub. Here is also the connection for the washing machine.

On the other side of the hallway are two more rooms:

To the right of the living room is a spacious room that can be well used as a bedroom or children's room. Here you also have a little extra space thanks to a built-in wardrobe in the wall.

On the opposite side is a slightly smaller room, which is perfect for a home office.
Far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but still connected to the rest of the family.

On this side of the hallway, there is also a small WC.

Overall, this apartment offers several options both for a small family and for living and working in one place.

The apartment has been freshly painted.

The floor coverings (laminate, carpet, and tiles in the bathroom) can be adapted to the tenant's own taste by arrangement. We did not want to preempt this.

The apartment has no balcony or terrace, but due to its location on the top (third) floor, it is nice and bright.

It is heated with a gas floor heating system.

There is also an attic storage space for additional storage.

You live here directly on the popular Lindauer Island, amidst cafes, shops, and restaurants in a small side street.
