Ab 01.11.2026 suchen wir Nachmieter für unsere ca. 100 m² große 4-Zimmer-Wohnung. Die umfassend modernisierte Wohnung bietet ein Bad mit Badewanne und eine ca. 40 m² große Südost-Terrasse.
Das besondere Herzstück ist der zur alleinigen Nutzung zugeordnete, ca. 800 m² große Garten: ein echtes Paradies mit gewachsenen Bäumen, grünen Rückzugsorten und Platz für eigene Gartenideen.
Mietkosten pro Monat: 1.300 € Kaltmiete + 175 € für Küchen-/Badausstattung + 200 € Nebenkostenvorauszahlung = 1.675 €.
Im Preisfeld sind Kaltmiete und Ausstattung mit zusammen 1.475 € ausgewiesen. Eine Garage kann optional für 60 € monatlich gemietet werden.

- Mindestmietdauer: 2 Jahre.
- Haustiere: Katzen sind erlaubt, andere Haustiere nach Absprache mit dem Vermieter.
- Haushaltsnettoeinkommen ab 5.000 € monatlich.
Möbelübernahme nach Absprache:
Wir würden ausgewählte Möbel und Einrichtungsgegenstände gerne an die Nachmieter weitergeben: die Wohnzimmercouch, den Sichtschutz an den Fenstern, die bereits montierten Gardinenstangen in Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer, ein perfekt passendes Eckschränkchen im Badezimmer sowie den Terrassentisch mit Stühlen und Sitzpolstern. Umfang und Preis besprechen wir gerne persönlich.
Bei Interesse freuen wir uns über eine kurze Nachricht mit eurem Steckbrief (zur Weiterleitung an Vermieter) und Angaben zu Haustieren und Garageninteresse.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Blücherstraße in Karlsruhe-Weststadt. S1/S11/ 2 direkt vor der Tür sorgen für eine praktische Anbindung im Alltag. Der grüne Gartenbereich bietet dazu einen besonderen Rückzugsort.
