Hof Sonnenpfad is a lovingly renovated historic four-sided farmstead in the Schönfelder Highlands above Dresden-Pillnitz. Here, exceptional living, abundant nature, and spacious communal areas combine with the special atmosphere of an old farmstead.
The offered apartment is located on the upper floor of a lovingly restored timber-framed house and is ideal for one person. It consists of a spacious living area into which an open kitchen can be integrated, a modern bathroom with shower, and an open sleeping gallery.
The apartment is currently furnished. Taking over the existing furniture is possible by arrangement but is not a requirement for renting.
As a small house within the farmstead, the timber-framed house has a very special character and conveys an extraordinary living experience.
The apartment has been renovated to a high standard and ecologically with great attention to detail. Historic wooden beams, oak floorboards, clay plaster, and natural materials ensure a pleasant living climate. Due to the many windows, it is bright and flooded with light. The west side offers a beautiful view up to the Dresden TV tower, evening sun, and atmospheric sunsets. The open sleeping gallery is accessible via a steeper wooden staircase.
A special feature of the farmstead is the spacious communal areas totaling approximately 94 m², which are available to all residents in addition to their own apartment. These include a large, fully equipped communal kitchen, utility room, cloakroom, storage options, and an additional WC.
The outdoor areas are also used communally: the terraces at the communal kitchen, the protected historic courtyard with a fire pit, as well as the approximately 1,920 m² large property with garden offer plenty of space to linger, garden, and meet. At the same time, the own apartment remains a private retreat. Community can arise here but is not a mandatory living program.
We are a small and manageable residential community: the four apartments are designed for a total of a maximum of seven residents. We wish for people who enjoy this special place and a friendly, appreciative coexistence.
