a nice room

Room
I am renting a nice, furnished and bright room in an approximately 60 m2 apartment. The room has plenty of daylight and offers a pleasant living atmosphere.

Location
The apartment is centrally located. The city center is about a 10-minute walk away. Lidl and REWE are only about 5 minutes on foot. Several train stops are nearby and can be reached in about 2, 5 and 9 minutes on foot. A university and a daycare center are also nearby. The transport connections and shopping facilities are excellent.

Shared flat life
I am employed and live in the apartment myself. It is important to me that we do not just share an apartment, but feel like a small family and have a friendly, warm and respectful coexistence.

In my free time I like to dance, do sports and engage in creative and artistic activities. I like to bake cakes and often cook at home.

I wish for a female flatmate with whom a pleasant and harmonious coexistence is possible.

Other
The monthly warm rent is a total of 660 euros. This includes the costs for water, electricity and gas.

If the annual billing shows that we have consumed more than covered by the advance payments, the additional costs will be shared and paid together between us.

We take turns cleaning the apartment. We buy cleaning agents and other necessary household supplies together and share the costs among ourselves.
