Perfect! This beautiful 2-room apartment is located in a multi-family house in a green residential area. As part of a new rental, the apartment was renovated and received a modern electrical installation. The wall and floor tiles in the kitchen and bathroom were renewed and the walls were wallpapered with woodchip wallpaper and painted white.
