The accommodation is located in the west of Kassel and is therefore close to the famous Bergpark. By car you can reach it in just 10 minutes, by bike in 18 minutes. Under good conditions, you can see the Hercules from the terrace of the penthouse.
By bus and train you can reach the direct city centre within 13 minutes from the stop. The stop is only a 10-minute walk away. The accommodation is located in a developing new building area. The surrounding outdoor facilities of the other houses are currently not yet fully completed. However, the apartment and the associated terraces are finished and can be used without restriction.
