Alone or as a couple?! With 26 m², these apartments, one each on the ground floor and upper floor, are compact, practical and affordable. The west-facing apartment is fully equipped with a double bed (1.40 m), a dining and work table, and an additional armchair. Here you can fully enjoy your stay alone or as a couple.
To ensure you always feel comfortable and cozy, your apartment is cleaned weekly. During this, bed linen and towels are also changed. In the basement of our boarding house, there is a washing machine and a dryer which you can use free of charge. Here you will also find our wellness area, equipped with a treadmill and cross trainer as well as an infrared cabin. For an additional charge of €100/month, you can park your car in the house's underground garage. The parking height is 2.20 m.

- Coffee machine is a Nespresso machine, every week there are 10 coffee capsules and 1 bottle of mineral water
- Plates, cutlery, glasses, pots, pan and much more

- Kettle with 10 tea bags weekly

Once weekly cleaning including exchange of bed linen and towels
Pets may be brought by the tenant after prior notification. The price is €5.00 per day
