Sunny gem on the upper floor! Facing southeast, you will find here on an area of 28 m² a box spring bed with a width of 1.40 m, a dining and work table with chairs, and an additional armchair for relaxed moments. Our high-quality welcome set in the bathroom with shower gel, soap, hair shampoo, and body lotion allows you a stress-free arrival in your temporary home.
To ensure you always feel comfortable and cozy, your apartment is cleaned weekly. During this, bed linen and towels are also changed. In the basement of our boarding house, there is a washing machine and a dryer that you can use free of charge. Here you will also find our wellness area, equipped with a treadmill and cross trainer as well as an infrared cabin. For an additional charge of 100 €/month, you can park your car in the house's underground garage. The parking height is 2.20 m.

- Coffee machine is a Nespresso machine, every week there are 10 coffee capsules and 1 bottle of mineral water
