We, Annalena and Thomas, are renting out our super centrally located apartment in Cologne Südstadt for the period from early December 2026 to the end of January 2027.
The apartment costs 1,500 € furnished, including heating. An electric charging parking space in the underground garage can optionally be rented for an additional 125 €.
Additional costs for electricity and WiFi amount to about 100 € per month.
The sublease covers the period during which we have already moved into our new apartment. Some furniture will have already been taken. Remaining are the fully functional kitchen, bathroom, and a sleeping option.
The apartment is not suitable for shared living, as we have one bedroom and a large living area. Perfect for professionals, expats, or anyone who wants to fully enjoy Cologne!
Our apartment faces the street on the raised ground floor and at the back connects on ground floor level to the large garden.
The apartment itself includes a terrace as well as a small private garden.

The Rhine is about 200 meters away. Thus, the location offers many leisure opportunities. Severinsstraße is 500 meters away, so all shopping options (Rewe, Aldi, Netto, DM, etc.), second-hand shops, cafés, pubs, and restaurants are quickly reachable.
The bus and tram connections are within 2-10 minutes on foot - depending on the line.
