I am renting out my beautiful bright apartment for two months: from the beginning of December until the end of January.
It consists of a large open living and dining area with kitchen, a spacious bathroom with bathtub and window, as well as a cozy bedroom.
In the mornings, the sun shines into the living room. The bedroom on the southwest side stays in the shade a bit longer - sleeping in is no problem here.
The location is excellent: centrally located between the Belgian Quarter and Südstadt, yet quiet and relaxed.
You can quickly reach supermarkets and a bakery on foot, cycle to almost anywhere in Cologne within 20 minutes, and tram lines 15 and 16 (including to the main station) stop just around the corner.
