This renovated 55sqm apartment features a large living room with an open fitted kitchen, a balcony, a nice bathroom, and a small bedroom.
The apartment is rented to only one person, NO FAMILIES NO COUPLES!
I am the current tenant and want to find a suitable next tenant for my landlord. The move-in date could be between October and December, depending on how convinced my landlord is by my recommendation.
Ideally, the next tenant is willing to buy the furniture from me when taking over the apartment.
The contract will be long-term and you can also negotiate this with the landlord.
