The apartment has a large living/bedroom with a balcony and a kitchen where you can sit comfortably.
The rent is currently about 810€ warm, but will probably increase a little.
I would like to:
Give away kitchen, washing machine and dining table plus chairs. 2500€ negotiable.
I had the kitchen installed myself.
