Artis Service Living is a holistic housing concept for the 65plus generation. The focus is on a self-determined and independent lifestyle without a nursing home character in a communicative environment. The residential complex is completely barrier-free with high-quality equipment and furnishings. The use of the spacious communal areas is already included in the rent for all residents.

All 75 apartments between 52 and 107 sqm have separate living and bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The wheelchair-accessible bathroom is equipped with a threshold-free shower with seat and grab bar, wall toilet, washbasin, mirror, and connections for washing machine and dryer.

In all apartments, the living and sleeping areas are separate. The large balcony offers plenty of space for furniture and movement.

Artis Service Living offers much more than an apartment. The central focus is the Service Center with the communication foyer. Residents have access to additional facilities in a relaxed atmosphere such as: • Atrium • Artis Bistro • Hobby/club room • Garden area • Wheelchair storage. All residents are offered an extensive basic and optional service. If needed, a professional nursing service with its care center is available in the residential complex. Care is provided on an outpatient basis in the own apartment. A 24-hour emergency call system is installed for emergencies. A parking space in the underground garage can be rented on request.

The apartments are rented including the use of all furnished communal areas. Accordingly, about 10% of the stated living area is to be added for the assigned proportional common area. In addition to rent and utilities, a basic service fee is mandatory.
