The Artis Service residential complex at Südpark has 106 spacious and comfortable apartments. The focus is on high living quality without a nursing home character. By adhering to DIN standards for barrier-free construction, the requirements for an independent and self-determined life in old age are taken into account. Wide corridors and different color schemes characterize each floor.

Artis Service Living at Südpark offers much more than just an apartment. If needed, two professional nursing services with their own care center are available. Care is provided on an outpatient basis in the apartment itself. A 24-hour emergency call system is available for emergencies.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, extractor hood, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. Like all areas in Artis, the spacious bathroom is also designed to be barrier-free. The equipment includes a threshold-free shower with seat, wall-mounted toilet, washbasin, and mirror.

In almost all apartments, the living and sleeping areas are separate. The private balcony offers plenty of space for a table, chairs, and of course flowers.

The central point in Artis is the service center with the communication foyer. Residents meet in a relaxed atmosphere.
