Artis Service Living at Südpark offers much more than just an apartment. In case of need, two professional nursing services with their own care center are available. Care is provided on an outpatient basis in the apartment itself. A 24-hour emergency call system is available for emergencies.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, extractor hood, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. Like all areas in Artis, the spacious bathroom is also designed to be barrier-free. The equipment includes a threshold-free shower with seat, wall toilet, washbasin, and mirror.
