The modern apartment building offers you various shared flats. Currently, we offer seven bright single rooms with a size of approximately 12 to 19 m². The building was completely modernized in 2019 and equipped with intelligent building technology. An elevator conveniently takes residents to every floor.
The rooms are furnished with high-quality beds. Each room also includes a wardrobe, a desk with a chair, and a television. The fully equipped communal kitchen offers all dishes, electrical appliances, and a large fridge/freezer combination. Three bathrooms with showers and toilets are available for shared use. Common rooms and bathrooms are cleaned twice a week, room cleaning including bed linen change takes place every two weeks. Towels are changed weekly or as needed. Washing machine and dryer are available in the basement; usage costs 2.50 € per washing token. High-performance Wi-Fi for two devices is included. Parking spaces are available for an additional charge. All additional costs such as electricity, gas, water, heating, broadcasting fees, garbage fees, as well as the use of bed linen, towels, toilet paper, and soap are included in the rent. A deposit of 100 € is charged, which will be refunded upon proper handover of the room after moving out. A one-time fee of 70 € is charged for the final cleaning of the room after moving out.
The apartment building is centrally located opposite the main train station and yet in a quiet area. Shopping facilities for daily needs, restaurants, cafés, and fitness centers are in the immediate vicinity. Stuttgart's main shopping street, Königstraße, the MILANEO shopping center, and the city library are within a few minutes' walk. The main train station is only about 5 minutes on foot and offers excellent connections to public transport. The international airport Leinfelden-Echterdingen is about 14 km away via the B27 or directly accessible by S-Bahn lines S2 and S3 in 27 minutes. The motorway entrances to the A8 (Degerloch) and the A81 (Zuffenhausen) are about 11 and 12 km away respectively.
