Barrier-free FairMieten/Mittelstandsprogramm: New Building Riedbogen - Bergen-Enkheim - Type 2-F

In our new building project Riedbogen in the new development area "Leuchte," a modern residential quarter with a total of 102 high-quality rental apartments is being created. The 1st construction phase, with a total of 58 residential units, is expected to be ready for occupancy by 01.12.2026 and the 2nd construction phase, with a total of 44 residential units, is expected by 01.02.2027. The housing offer includes 33 market-rate apartments as well as 69 subsidized apartments in subsidy path 1 and subsidy path 2, thus offering attractive living space for different life situations. A total of 21 barrier-free apartments and a barrier-free access ensure that comfortable living is possible for various needs.

The communal areas were also planned with everyday life in mind. A passenger elevator provides convenient access to all floors, bicycle storage rooms offer practical parking options, and a lovingly designed playground creates additional recreational value for families. The offer is complemented by a neighborhood center with a seating wall and play facilities as an attractive meeting place for encounters and leisure. In the immediate vicinity, there are also two municipal playgrounds that expand the leisure offerings especially for families. Car-sharing options are available for flexible mobility.

Heating is provided sustainably via a modern local heating network based on a biomass pellet system, combining contemporary living comfort with energy-efficient supply.
