The project "Marien-Carrée" in the heart of Greven originates from the collaboration between ECO.PLAN GmbH & Co. KG, the St. Martinus parish, and the Caritasverband Emsdetten-Greven e. V.

A total of eleven barrier-free rental apartments for seniors of various sizes and locations will be created within this collaboration.

All eleven apartments are now exclusively available for rent.

A day care facility as well as various communal rooms are also available for use by the residents.

For worry-free care and support in everyday life, the Caritas staff on site are happy to assist you.

All apartments feature optimal layouts, sun balconies and terraces, and are tailored with many practical details to your needs.
With generous fittings using high-quality materials, you will feel safe and at home.
