Beautiful 1-Room Apartment Rostock City Center

Apartment
The cozy 1-room apartment with a balcony offers a view of the Marienkirche. The apartment consists of a small hallway with access to the bathroom and a room that includes a small kitchenette, a bed, a TV, a writing and dressing table, a chest of drawers, and a small wardrobe.

Unfortunately, the pictures are somewhat poor in quality because I am currently not on site and the pictures come from a video. I would be on site for the viewing.

Lampshades and ceiling coverings have since been installed, but unfortunately, these are not visible in the pictures as they were added afterwards.

Location
The 1-room apartment in Rostock city center (opposite the Marienkirche) offers walking access to the city, the harbor, and public transportation. Due to the central location, supermarkets can also be quickly reached on foot.

Other
Despite the central location, it is quiet at night (also on weekends) and there is little city noise disturbance. In addition, there are 2 entrances to the house, one accessible by stairs and one by elevator.

In the basement, there are washing machines and dryers, which can be used with a card that can be loaded for a fee.

I am offering the apartment for subletting because I rented it myself for my studies in Rostock but will not be studying in Rostock until (at least) 30.01.2027. After that, it is still open whether the apartment will be rented out further or if I will move back in myself. A longer rental period would therefore possibly be possible after further arrangements.

I rent the apartment furnished but would of course make enough space for your belongings :)
