We are looking for reliable and tidy new tenants for our well-maintained and cozy 2-room apartment with approximately 48 m² of living space.
The apartment offers a pleasant layout and is ideal for a single person or a couple. In addition to the two living rooms, there is of course a kitchen and a bathroom available.
A quiet, well-kept, and respectful coexistence in the building is important to us. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are possible by arrangement.

The Hedelfingen light rail station is about a 5-minute walk away. From there, the U9 and U13 run and provide a quick and uncomplicated connection towards Stuttgart city center as well as to other districts. With the U9, you can reach Stuttgart main station in about 20 minutes.
The apartment is also excellently connected by car: the federal highway B10 runs directly through Hedelfingen and offers a fast connection towards Stuttgart, Esslingen, and beyond.
