In developing the project, a holistic resource use approach was taken to create a sustainable environment that promotes energy efficiency and ecological compatibility.

Measures for climate adaptation also play an important role: the Sponge-City principle was implemented by installing retention boxes on the roofs and parking decks. This allows rainwater to infiltrate with a delay, which in turn improves the microclimate.

To protect the apartments from overheating, an electric sunshade was integrated into all units. This ensures pleasant room temperatures.
Another important aspect of the sustainability strategy is local regenerative energy generation. Each house has an autonomous heat supply and is heated with air heat pumps that environmentally friendly extract heat from the air.

Furthermore, photovoltaic systems were installed on the roofs that generate clean electricity. This way, Nine West Living actively contributes to reducing CO2 emissions and promotes sustainable energy supply.
