I am looking for a new tenant for my apartment, it is bright and well maintained. The location is very central so you can quickly get to the city but also quickly reach the B64 by car.
Cold rent 540€ (including kitchen and parking space)
Minimum rental period 2 years
Step rent: From 01.10.27 annually +30€
Additional costs: 150€
- Heating costs already included in additional costs!
- No pets allowed
Only electricity must be applied for additionally, I paid about 25€ per month
There is a separate laundry cellar, bicycle shed and a parking space directly in front of the house.
