Hello everyone,

My name is Paulina and from the beginning of December I will be abroad for work for a few months. Therefore, I am renting out my beautiful, fully furnished 2.5-room apartment in Karlsruhe-Durlach (approx. 60 m2) during this time.

I feel very comfortable here and would be happy if someone feels just as comfortable in the apartment during my absence! 😊

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and offers:

Bedroom: Bed (180 cm) and large wardrobe

Living room: Couch, TV and access to a balcony

Entrance area: Large coat rack and shoe cabinet

Kitchen: Fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, air fryer, kettle and dishes as well as a dining area. From here you can access the second balcony with a beautiful view of Turmberg.

Bathroom: Shower, bathtub and washing machine

Bicycle cellar

Since I also have some plants, I would be happy if you have a green thumb and take care of them a little during my absence. 🌱

The apartment is located in the popular district Karlsruhe-Durlach and offers a great mix of good connections and proximity to nature.

Public transport: Tram, S-Bahn and bus are reachable in about a one-minute walk. From here you can quickly get to KIT, Karlsruhe city center or the main station.

Shopping: Supermarkets like Aldi and Scheck-in are reachable within about 5-10 minutes on foot.

Bakery and gas station: Also quickly reachable on foot.

Pharmacy: About 5 minutes on foot.

Nature and sports: Access to the forest is not far and a beautiful castle park offers ideal opportunities for jogging, walking and relaxing.

Parking and traffic: Parking options are easy to find in the area. The Karlsruhe-Durlach highway connection is also quickly accessible.
