Beautiful Apartment with Garden in Südviertel (Centrum)

Hello dear subtenants, since I am moving to England and hopefully will stay there, I am looking for someone to take over my beautiful apartment during this time. We can discuss possible takeover times.

The apartment is on the ground floor and has a total of 3 rooms plus kitchen and bathroom. The rooms are nicely bright. There are two larger rooms (16 and 15m2) and a smaller room (9m2). From the kitchen and living room you have a direct view of the garden. The floor is vinyl with a wood look. The furniture has been removed. So everything can be arranged according to your needs. The kitchen is similarly sized and has direct access to the garden with a small terrace where you can have a great barbecue or enjoy a beer in the summer. There is also a dishwasher ;-). The washing machine and dryer are in the basement. Next to this laundry basement there is also a lockable basement room.

The apartment is suitable both as a shared flat and as an apartment for singles or couples. The best part, pets are also allowed.

Location
The location is great. The apartment is located in Südviertel near the Ludgerikreisel. The entire settlement is extremely quiet, yet you are within a few minutes in the city, at the Aasee, at the train station, at the harbor or in the Südpark. Shopping facilities are also nearby (including late-night snack and kiosk).

Other
