I am renting 2 WG rooms in a newly formed 3-person WG.
The WG includes the first floor where there is a fully equipped kitchen with a small balcony accessible to all, a crazily renovated bathroom, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and a WG room for rent (17 sqm) with another balcony.
Furthermore, there is a gallery where the living room with TV and the second room of about 25 sqm (15 sqm standing height, cozy sloping roof) are located.
Both rooms are partially furnished but this is flexible, own furniture is welcome. Furnishings currently available:
Large room: desk, bed, chest of drawers
Small room: bed, wardrobe with 3 doors
WLAN, washing machine, dryer are included in the additional costs :)
There is a garden that can be used by arrangement.
Looking for young adults preferably women with WG experience. There is already a WG cat. The cat is very friendly, cuddly and enjoys your attention. If you have a cat hair allergy, this WG is unfortunately not recommended.
Everyone can live as they wish with consideration for others. I do not want to force anyone to anything. However, occasional cooking and/or game nights would be very cozy :) You are welcome to bring friends with prior notice.
As already described, the cat is an important part of the WG and so to speak the 4th roommate and actual boss. Cuddling, feeding (in moderation, he is already very fat 🥲) and playing are welcome :).
The house is located in a quiet settlement in the north of Munich. The U-Bahn station am Hart is 5 minutes away by bike or e-scooter or 4 minutes by bus (5 minutes walking to the bus). There is a small Rewe with a bakery and ATM directly in front of the settlement 5 minutes away. It is a 10-minute walk to the Euroindustriepark with all major stores (VMarkt, Kaufland, hardware stores), to the nearest Edeka and to various fast food restaurants or the gym.
The parking situation is not totally relaxed, but you can find free spots. Bicycle or scooter parking spaces are available by arrangement :)
